That Week In Between
Advent has passed and Christmas has come and gone as we enter the week leading up to the New Year. After the anticipation and excitement of Christmas wanes, it's easy to grow melancholy and reflective during this week between Christmas and the New Year.
This week in some ways parallels and extends the Advent we just celebrated. That in between- we hold on to Christ's promises of a renewed life, body and earth; however, are not there quite yet. We hope this week can be reflective of things you may have accomplished this past year and things to look forward to in the New Year, and that you will experience Christ's love for you in fresh and new ways that may be surprising, renewing or maybe even challenging. We are looking forward to sharing with you the amazing work that we witness God doing around the Greater Seattle area and around our networks.
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance[a] upon you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26
