The Federal Way network exists to unite and equip disciples, groups, leaders, and churches to PRAY, SERVE, AND SEND. The vision is to light up and saturate Federal Way and the Puget Sound with the good news of Jesus.

We strive for unity - to live as the reality of Jesus’ prayer in John 17 that Jesus’ church would be one and He and the Father are One. We work towards uniting and working together in partnership, not just in parallel. We want to do as much as possible to have everyday people across churches to work together.

 

We work for diversity - to see every tribe, tongue, and nation come to know Jesus. We work to see racial reconciliation happen across our churches and in our city. We celebrate the various cultural diversity of the body of Christ as a foretaste to the New Heavens and New Earth (Revelation 7:9)
 

How will we succeed? Our strategy is to see our city filled with the gospel, so we will focus on three initiatives:

 

- Pray: 24/7 Prayer and Quarterly Prayer Gatherings

- Serve: Yearly Serve Day and 4 Collaborative service opportunities for the city

​

- Send: Disciples equipped to make disciples and every group committing to evangelism and work towards one new person coming to faith

The fruit we hope to see from this response is healthy and reproducing disciples, leaders, groups on mission, and churches.
