Encouragement For Easter
Each year for Holy Week, we attempt to offer encouragement through devotionals or posts like what happened on Easter in Greater Seattle. This year we are privileged to share a word from our friend Andrew Palau of the Luis Palau Association in Portland, OR. Andrew shares a word from 1 Corinthians 15, reflections of his current journey in faith and a message to pastors and church leaders to continue to proclaim the Good News of Christ's resurrection. From all of us at Light Up

West Coast Networks
In John, chapter 17, Jesus prayed that his followers would be one as he and the Father are one. He goes as far as to say that the world will not know his love if they cannot see our love for one another. So, Light Up The City has a long-term goal of seeing geographically based church networks in every city in the greater Seattle area. We encourage every church to participate in their local network. To show up. To be known and to know other key leaders. To seek the coming King

St. Patrick's Day
Every year on March 17th, many people around the world, celebrate the patron saint of Ireland by donning green garb, drinking green beer, parading and honoring all-things Emerald Isle. In fact, my family has thrown the Annual Ryan's St. Patty's Day Huzzah for 13 years now, in which we invite friends over for Irish lamb stew, soda bread, braised cabbage and some of the aforementioned libations. But somehow, the general focus has shifted away from celebrating and/or remembering
