
Allen Belton
Pastor Allen A. Belton, Senior Partner for Reconciliations Ministries at Breakthrough Partners, is a catalyst
for reconciliation.
God has created opportunities for him to serve people and to help them in building new relationships and
to experience reconciliation first hand and face-to-face. For more than 40 years he has served in ministry.
He served as the pastor of Lighthouse Full Gospel Church on the Monterey Peninsula, Associate Pastor at San Francisco Christian Center, Youth for Christ National Office in Denver, Colorado and senior associate director
of Urban and Global Missions at University Presbyterian Church.
He is the founding chairman of the Seattle Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Prayer Breakfast. Allen believes that Emerald City Bible Fellowship has the makings of another Rev. 7:9 community of faith. He and his wife of fifty years, Margaret, have lived in the Seattle area for sixteen years. They have four children, thirteen grandchildren and
one great grandchild.

Bill Bowers
Bill has been serving and leading in the greater Puyallup area for the last 25 years. He founded and directed the Friends & Servants ministry, serving troubled teens and juvenile offenders from 1992-2010. Then founded and directed The One Another Foundation, Empowering and Mobilizing people to love and serve others in the context of their community from 2010-2015.
Bill is currently serving with the John 17 fellowship of pastors, The Young Adult Initiative, and acting as a community connector and catalyst within the body of Christ.

Steve Bury
Steve Bury, ministry leadership veteran, has been working in community development and youth outreach for over 30 years. He has a commitment and calling to develop emerging leaders and effective urban ministry efforts. He is an ordained minister with a Bachelor’s in Sociology from George Fox University. Steve has worked for various organizations, including Reachout Expeditions, Youth For Christ/Campus Life, Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, Northwest Leadership Foundation/Vision Youth and Emerald City Outreach Ministries. He is presently the Executive Director of Urban Impact, a Christian Community Development Organization with a mission to partner with families and communities to break the cycle of social, material, and spiritual poverty. Urban Impact has focused programs in the areas of health, education, youth development, family engagement and economic development. He and his wife Sandy have been married for 26 years.

Ginny Chapman
In 2004 Pastor Alec Rowlands, pastor of Westgate Chapel, Edmonds, WA; founded “Sound the Alarm” to speak to WA State Pastors about the need for Pastors to pray and seek the presence of God, in order to be able to address the concerns of our day. He wrote the book “The Presence” to share this message. Ginny became a board member and Prayer Coordinator for this WA Statewide call to prayer. Now called “Church Awakening”, this ministry has held many pastor’ prayer summits, conferences, pastor’ prayer intensives and maintains a network of some 1000 WA state pastors. She has led a weekly statewide telephonic prayer call for Church Awakening since 2013. This call has built a network of prayer for WA state and encouragement for prayer warriors, ministries and pastors. She and her husband Larry have been members of Westgate Chapel since 1981. They have two married sons and 6 grandchildren who all live in the Seattle area.

Rick Danner
Pastor Danner has a tremendous passion for God’s word coupled with a love for God’s people. He has a contagious spirit of generosity that flows through every facet of his ministry. Having received his mandate from God, Pastor Danner, obediently fulfills his calling as Senior Pastor of New Light Christian Church. Rick has been married to Carol 15 years, and the senior pastor of New light Christian Church for 24 years. We have a love and call to The Rainier Valley, and Urban Core of Seattle. "I am a native of California, and my wife was born in London,England.

Chad Meis
Chad is a Flight Test Engineer at The Boeing Company. He serves as a community pastor and worship leader at Church of the Undignified in Seattle. Chad and his wife also serve as regional university campus mobilizers and have a heart to see prayer and worship rise across the Northwest.

Jen Paddock
Jen was born and raised in Bellevue, WA and currently resides in Redmond Ridge with her husband Lee and her two Great Danes. Jen is an ordained minister and has been a pastor in Foursquare churches for many years. Recently she served as the Director of Community Outreach at First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue. In this role she discovered a passion for ministering to the poor. After many years of working with Executive Directors, doing amazing things in the community, she decided she couldn’t just watch anymore and wanted to jump in and participate in what God was doing on behalf of the poor in our community. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree from Seattle Pacific University with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. She has a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. She loves spending time with her extended family, and is grateful to live in such a beautiful place like the Pacific Northwest.
